Agreement to Terms These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Magic Eigenvector Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the “Mental Math Fun” application. By downloading or using the app “Mental Math Fun,” these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

• Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
