Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Magic Eigenvector Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the “Pill AI” application. By downloading or using the App, these terms apply to you.

2. Standard EULA Pill AI uses the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA). By using this App, you agree to Apple’s standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

3. No Medical Advice Pill AI is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or a professional medication verification service. Results may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or uncertain. You are responsible for verifying medication identity with the original packaging, a pharmacy record, a pharmacist, a doctor, poison control, or emergency services as appropriate.

4. Emergency Use Do not use Pill AI in an emergency or when accidental ingestion, overdose, poisoning, allergic reaction, or other urgent medical concern is possible. Contact emergency services or poison control immediately.

5. User Content You are responsible for the pill photos, packaging photos, text, clues, notes, and messages you submit. You should not submit content that you do not have the right to provide or that you do not want processed by the App and its service providers.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase.

  • Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

7. Service Availability We may modify, suspend, or discontinue App features or backend services at any time. We do not guarantee that AI responses, search results, external data sources, or subscription services will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Eigenvector Ltd is not liable for decisions made based on App output, including medication, health, safety, or emergency decisions. Always seek qualified professional help where medication identity or health risk matters.

9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
